Cancellation And Returns

Customer can now cancel an order when the order status is confirmed and as long as the cancel option is available on website/mobile app/M-site.

Once order is placed by the buyer, order cannot be cancelled after the seller has changed Order Status= Ready To Ship.

Buyer cannot cancel the order after seller has changed Order Status= Confirm ? Ready To Ship.

How can Customer Cancel the order?

Login your account ? My Account ? My Orders ? Click on Cancel Order Button which is displayed to customer in the item ordered.

Buyer can cancel the order only up to Order Status = Confirm.

If buyer cancel the order than refund amount of the order will be credited to Pay4Printz Credit only. Refund cannot be given in original payment mode or bank account of the customer. Refund amount will only be credited to Pay4Printz Credit and customer can use that Pay4PrintzCredit to purchase any other product from Pay4Printz.com website or mobile application of Pay4Printz.com immediately and faster without giving their card details or bank account details again.

Pay4Printz Credit has no expiry date. Customer can use Pay4Printz credit as and when required by the customer full or in partial amount.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet or any online payment mode you will receive refund into the Pay4Printz Credit Account within 2-4 days from the time of order cancellation if seller has not shipped the product.
