How can I pay for my order at Pay4Printz ?

What is COD ?

COD refers to Cash on Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want to use your credit / debit card or use internet banking. You have the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment upon the delivery of your order.

Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page ?

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to the following reasons:

Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

What is Store Credit ?

Store Credit is a type of money that can only be used on Pay4Printz.com to make purchases. Store Credit is non-transferrable. Pay4Printz reserves the right to amend policies related to distribution/redemption of Store Credit.

Can I use Store Credit to purchase any product

You can use Store Credit to purchase most products.

Does Store Credit have an expiry date ?

No, you can use store credits anytime as per your convenience.

Is it safe to save card details on Pay4Printz ?

For security purposes we do not allow to save cards on Pay4Printz.com.

What information does Pay4Printz store when I save my card ?

For security purposes we do not allow to save cards on Pay4Printz.com. You are redirected to a third party
secured payment gateway for processing your payment. Hence we cannot store your card details with us.

What should I do if my payment fails

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank or payment gateway partner
