There is a discrepancy from the order I have placed and the product I received, Can I cancel my order?
The products are customized specially based on the description and approval at the time of placing the order. Once you have uploaded your own design or used one of our Edit&Go templates and payment is made, your order will begin assigned to our printer. Since the production is started just for you, we will not be in a position to cancel the order or accept the changes if the request raised after the printing job has started or after 24 hours of placing the request.
What if I have done a mistake while placing the order can I change it?
If you’ve uploaded your own design or used one of our templates, we suggest to check your design carefully before you confirm your order. Further, please check all telephone numbers, dates, times, addresses, prices and spelling before you order. If you spot an error after you’ve ordered, then we’re sorry that we won’t be able to rectify it.
What do I do if I have received a wrong or a defective product?
Pay4printz ensures that the order placed by your produced to our high standards. In any unlikely event, if you find something wrong, you may contact our customer service at +91 99401 46183 or by email at chandrasekar@pay4printz.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order and Pay4printz representative will be pleased to help address the issues as raised. Once you have contacted us, we will then have 7 business days to determine if a reprint or replacement is appropriate and we will arrange reverse pickup within 15 business days.
Pay4printz under no obligation for reprint or replacement under the following circumstances
1. If you do not contact our representative within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product and it is presumed that the printing job was satisfactory upon receipt.
2. If any additional information to verify an inquiry is not provided within reasonable time.
3. If no reasonable attempt made to return the original product to us within7 days.
4. Products are not in their original condition.
5. The products were used, altered, damaged than the original delivered.
Pay4printz refund policy
Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of the pay4printz.com within 15 business days.
